Knights of Columbus Council –

A poster Contest with the theme of “Keep Christ in Christmas” was held.  There were a few submissions for consideration.

The Council distributed 25 baskets for Thanksgiving for families in need.

The Council hosted the annual Christmas Bazaar on December 9th.  Weather put a damper on the program although there was a steady stream of traffic.

The Knights are planning their event schedule for 2018.

New Business: Elaine asked for ideas for what Council could do that will somehow make a difference in our parish community, particularly around welcoming people into our church.

Each Council member is asked to submit an idea for discussion at the January council meeting.

Elaine encouraged members to consider new members to the Parish Council for 2018 and beyond.  This will be a discussion item at the January Council meeting.

Our next meeting is scheduled for Sunday, January 7th at noon and all are invited.

Thank you
